Day two of the Vonage experiment is not going well.
I spent about an hour on the phone (Vonage) to DirecTV today trying to figure out how to use Vonage with my DTV. You need to make calls for software updates and program data, etc. So far it has not worked.
After a call to Vonage and three to DTV, still no answers. I've searched quite a few forums and other places and it seems like many other Vonage/DTV users are also experiencing these problems recently.
If you know anything about this or have suggestions, pass them on, PLEASE!
