Hmmm...

So my brother calls me this morning with an interesting proposition. It seems a friend of his at work may be interested in our house, but he would like some incentives thrown into the deal.

In Real Estate these days, people are having to sweeten the pot a bit with extras. It used to be things like paying closing costs or helping with the down payment, but now things have gotten a bit more creative. Everything from Plasma TV's to Mercedes are being thrown into the purchase deal.

So what does our perspective buyer want? A Crotch Rocket... we'll see how that works out.
